Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
In brief
These terms apply when you visit sofclo.com. The website is provided by SofClo AB, corporate registration number 559561-4719, c/o Lundberg, Falkbergsvägen 7A, 146 40 Tullinge, Sweden (“SofClo”, “we”).
- The website is for information about SofClo and our services.
- Use of the SofClo platform is governed by your organisation’s customer agreement, not by these terms.
- Content on the website, including figures and framework references, is general information, not legal, compliance or financial advice.
- We provide our services exclusively to businesses and public-sector organisations.
- Swedish law applies.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of sofclo.com and its subpages (the “Website”). By using the Website, you accept these terms.
The SofClo platform and related services are provided only under a separate customer agreement. That agreement consists of the SofClo Master Service Agreement (MSA) with its Schedules – the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), the Order Form and the Service Level Agreement (SLA) – together with the Service Description published at www.sofclo.com/servicedescription. If these terms conflict with a customer agreement, the customer agreement prevails.
SofClo provides its services exclusively to businesses and public-sector organisations, not to consumers for personal or household use.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes to learn about SofClo and our services. You must not:
- copy, scrape or systematically extract content, for example with bots or crawlers, beyond normal search-engine indexing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data, or test their security without our written permission;
- interfere with the Website’s operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it; or
- use the Website to send unsolicited marketing or misleading information.
To report a security vulnerability, contact security@sofclo.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will not take legal action against good-faith security research that respects these terms.
3. Intellectual property and trademarks
SofClo, the Tech Value Program and all content on the Website, including text, graphics, screenshots and video, are owned by SofClo or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Any other reproduction or use requires our written permission.
References to IAITAM, the FinOps Foundation, ISO/IEC standards, NIST and the EU AI Act describe how our services align with these frameworks. They do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those organisations unless stated.
4. Information on the Website
We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our services. Product features, plans and prices may change. The features included in each plan are described in the Service Description, and the fees that apply to a customer are those stated in its Order Form.
Figures such as savings, cost avoidance and value identified are from example programs. They illustrate how the platform reports value and are not a promise of results for your organisation.
The Website describes frameworks and regulations such as ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act. This is not legal or compliance advice. Each organisation remains responsible for its own compliance.
5. Demos, plans and accounts
Booking a demo or contacting us creates no obligation for you or for SofClo. Plans are ordered by entering into the customer agreement with SofClo; the Website does not offer self-service sign-up. Access to the platform, user accounts and login credentials are governed by the customer agreement.
6. Availability and liability
The Website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is always available or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, SofClo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Availability commitments for the SofClo platform are set out in the SLA and apply only under a customer agreement.
7. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice at www.sofclo.com/privacy explains how we process personal data when you use the Website or contact us. The sub-processors we use for the SofClo platform are listed at www.sofclo.com/subprocessors. You can manage cookies at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of the Website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, which applies from the day it is published.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from use of the Website are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. Disputes under a customer agreement are settled as set out in that agreement.
